الوصف الوظيفي

• Drilling Engineering Support – Assist senior drilling engineers with well planning, drilling programs, casing design, cementing, hydraulics, and basic drilling calculations. • Operations Support – Support day-to-day drilling operations by reviewing drilling reports, monitoring key parameters, and assisting with operational troubleshooting under supervision. •Data & Performance Analysis – Collect and analyze drilling data, monitor ROP (Rate of Penetration), NPT (Non-Productive Time), drilling time, and other performance indicators, and assist in identifying improvement opportunities. • HSE & Well Control – Develop knowledge of well control principles, barrier management, and company HSE requirements, and actively participate in risk assessments and safety meetings. • Technical Coordination – Work with drilling supervisors, rig teams, service companies, and other disciplines to support safe and efficient execution of drilling activities. • Learning & Continuous Improvement – Build practical drilling engineering knowledge through field exposure, training, lessons learned, and post-well reviews while developing proficiency in relevant engineering software and industry standards.

المهارات المطلوبة

• Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial and Chemical Engineer • Basic knowledge of Drilling engineering. • High level of computer literacy with various internet and MS-office applications such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, Power point and etc. • Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute as a team player. • Excellent Interpersonal skill.
