الوصف الوظيفي

Position within the organisational structure:
The site Quality controller (QC) Supervisor reports to Sr. QA/QC Engineer in ARA E&P. The mandate of the role is individual contributor. Laterally he, she will be on par with the Engineering Construction team, drilling team and site operation team along with Project team and construction contractor. The key interfaces are field based, as well office-based with Engineering team.

Responsibilities, Accountabilities, Job Activities    

The successful candidate will have to master below activities:
QHSSE:

  • Ensure all field activities comply with ARA E&P HSE policies, procedures, and permit-to-work requirements.
  • Monitor construction and maintenance activities to ensure safe execution.
  • Follow up on near misses, incidents, and unsafe acts related to construction activities.
  • Propose and implement corrective and preventive measures to eliminate recurrence.
  • Proactively initiate safety improvements to reduce risk to field personnel.
  • Ensure toolbox talks and risk assessments are conducted prior to job execution.
  • Ensure construction activities are executed with minimum environmental impact.
  • Verify proper waste management, spill prevention, and site housekeeping.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental permits and company standards.
  • Maintain non-compliance records. 

  •   Project constructions and Quality Control Responsibilities: 
  • Prepare, coordinate, and supervise execution of minor construction projects.
  • Ensure mechanical and civil works are comply with: Approved drawings, Project specifications, ITP requirements and Company quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections and verify materials prior to installation.
  • NCR Management: Raise, track, and ensure the closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SORs).
  • Ensure proper documentation, inspection records, and quality reports are maintained.
  • Ensure projects are commissioned as per design specification.
  • Ensure safe and formal handover to Production / end user concern parties (Test pack).
  • Follow up on well pad construction and access road conditions.

  • Reporting
  • Provide input to the Daily Construction Report.
  • Provide input to the weekly Construction Report.
  • Provide QC status reports on project quality levels, deviations, and progress.

المهارات المطلوبة

The successful candidate shall have a proven track record experience in construction quality control. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required Experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role (specific to oil & gas projects) and strong understanding of ASME, API, ASTM, and ISO standards.
