• Manage the CEO’s office operations, schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and priorities.
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare executive correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and briefing materials.
• Ensure timely follow-up on CEO directives and strategic action items across departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate and operational information.
• Support execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives and corporate objectives.
• Coordinate with Exploration, Drilling, Production, HSE, Commercial, Finance, and HR teams for executive reporting.
• Track performance indicators, operational updates, and executive dashboards.
• Assist in preparation of annual business plans, operational reviews, and management reports.
• Organize Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings.
• Prepare meeting packs, minutes, resolutions, and action trackers.
• Follow up on board decisions and ensure implementation status reporting.
• Maintain official corporate records and governance documentation.
• Act as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders including:
o Government authorities
o Joint venture partners
o Investors
o Service providers
o Regulatory agencies
• Coordinate executive visits, conferences, and high-level meetings.
• Support preparation of speeches, presentations, and public communication materials.
• Oversee office administration activities for the Executive Office.
• Manage document control systems and filing confidential records.
• Monitor executive office budgets and procurement requests.
• Coordinate logistics for executive travel and accommodations.
• Consolidate departmental reports into executive summaries.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly CEO reports.
• Maintain accurate records of executive decisions and strategic follow-ups.
• Ensure document compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
