الوصف الوظيفي

1. Asset Integrity & Process Safety • Develop, implement and maintain the Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) and Process Safety Management framework. • Maintain the Major Accident Hazard (MAH) register, bow-tie analyses and barrier models, and monitor the health of associated barriers and controls. • Lead and monitor HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, SIL assessments, risk assessments and Management of Change actions. • Manage overrides, inhibits and bypasses of safety systems, deferral of SCE maintenance or inspection, and technical deviations, ensuring risk is assessed and approved at the appropriate level. • Develop and report Asset Integrity and Process Safety KPIs and performance to management. • Establish and monitor Integrity Operating Windows (IOWs) with Operations. • Develop and report leading and lagging Asset Integrity and Process Safety KPIs to management. • Lead or support process safety incident investigations and ensure lessons learned are shared and embedded. • Promote a strong process safety culture across the organisation. 2. Integrity & Technical Assurance • Oversee Safety Critical Elements (SCEs), performance standards and assurance activities. • Provide technical authority for assigned pressure systems and integrity-critical equipment. • Develop and maintain Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programmes and Written Schemes of Inspection. • Identify integrity threats, degradation mechanisms and required remedial actions. • Provide integrity assurance through audits, compliance reviews and technical assessments. 3. Corrosion, Pipeline & Facility Integrity • Oversee corrosion management and cathodic protection programmes. • Support the development and implementation of Pipeline Integrity Management Systems (PIMS). • Ensure appropriate inspection, monitoring and integrity assessment of pipelines, pressure systems, tanks and structures. • Support ageing asset management, life extension studies and integrity input to decommissioning and abandonment planning. • Coordinate with Well Engineering on well integrity interfaces and barrier assurance at the wellhead/facility boundary. • Maintain accurate integrity records and ensure alignment with the CMMS. • Manage specialist inspection and integrity contractors. 4. Operations & Projects Support • Provide technical support to Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Projects on integrity and process safety matters. • Ensure integrity and process safety requirements are incorporated from concept through design, construction, commissioning and handover. • Review design changes, modifications and technical deviations affecting asset integrity. • Support failure investigations, root cause analysis and integrity-related improvement initiatives. • Ensure applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements and good oil & gas practices are followed. 5. Digital, Data & Continuous Improvement • Drive the use of integrity data analytics, digital inspection tools and predictive/condition-based approaches to improve integrity decision-making. • Ensure integrity and process safety data quality, consistency and accessibility to support risk-based decisions. • Benchmark AI/PS performance against industry and identify opportunities to optimise inspection and maintenance cost without increasing risk. 6. Leadership & Resource Management • Lead, coach and develop Asset Integrity and Process Safety personnel. • Establish competency and development requirements for the team. • Develop and manage the Asset Integrity and Process Safety budget and long-term integrity expenditure plans • Manage technical service providers and ensure effective utilisation of resources. • Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the organisation. 2. المهارات المطلوبة

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Metallurgical/Materials Engineering or related discipline with 10 years’ relevant Oil & Gas experience, or a relevant Diploma with 15 years’ experience. • Proven experience in Asset Integrity, Process Safety, RBI, pressure systems, SCE assurance, corrosion and pipeline/facility integrity. • Strong experience in developing and implementing AIMS, PSM, MAH/barrier management and integrity assurance programmes. • Demonstrated experience in HAZOP/HAZID, LOPA, risk assessments, MoC and technical assurance. • Good knowledge of Oman regulatory requirements and relevant international standards, including API, ASME, AMPP/NACE, ISO and IEC. • Experience with Technical Authority frameworks, integrity databases, CMMS and integrity data analytics. •Strong technical, analytical and risk-based decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions. • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, coaching and team development skills. • Professional engineering registration/certification and international Oil & Gas exposure are desirable
