1. Planning & Scheduling • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and key project milestones, including critical path and float analysis. •Establish and maintain planning, scheduling, progress measurement and reporting procedures across project phases. • Develop and control schedule baselines, ensuring changes are approved, documented and traceable • Carry out schedule quality checks on internal and contractor schedules • Support planning of shutdowns/turnarounds and tie-in activities, coordinating with Operations and Maintenance. 2. Progress Measurement, Forecasting & Reporting • Establish and maintain planning, scheduling, progress measurement and reporting procedures across project phases. • Consolidate project schedules and progress information to prepare integrated plans, forecasts, dashboards and management reports. • Monitor actual progress against approved plans, verify contractor progress and VOWD, and identify schedule variances, trends and recovery requirements. • Maintain a portfolio-level view of project schedules and milestones • Provide schedule and phasing input to the corporate business plan, annual budget and production forecasts 3.Contractor Schedule Management • Review and challenge contractor schedules, progress updates, forecasts and recovery plans to ensure compliance with CCED requirements. • Support evaluation of contractor extension of time requests, delay analyses and claims from a schedule perspective. 4. Risk, Change & Cost Interface • Support project risk management, including identification of schedule risks, mitigation measures and quantitative and probabilistic schedule risk analysis. • Provide planning and scheduling input to project estimates, budgets, resource requirements and execution strategies. • Support change control and cost control by assessing the schedule and cost impacts of scope changes and maintaining relevant forecasts 5.Coordination & Continuous Improvement • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, HSE, Quality and other project functions to ensure effective alignment of activities and interfaces. • Lead schedule reviews, performance analysis, benchmarking and lessons learned, and recommend actions to improve project planning and delivery. • Develop and promote planning standards, templates and tools, including the use of digital dashboards and data analytics for project reporting.

المهارات المطلوبة

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. • 8 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience in project planning, scheduling and project controls, preferably within major multidisciplinary projects. • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, integrated project scheduling, progress measurement, forecasting and schedule risk analysis. • Proven experience in contractor schedule management, progress verification, change control and project performance reporting. • Good understanding of project cost control and the relationship between scope, cost, schedule and risk. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning and project control capabilities, with the ability to identify trends, risks and recovery actions. • Strong communication, presentation, reporting, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and multidisciplinary teams. • Experience in coordinating or leading planning teams and developing planning capabilities is preferred. • Project Management or Planning certification such as PMP, PMI-SP or AACE is desirable. • Good knowledge of Oil & Gas project execution practices, HSE requirements and applicable industry standards
