1. To ensure Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) is integrated in the design, procedure & execution of wells operations. 2. Actively promote HSE, Wells Process Safety principles & Sustainable Development in all activities & ensure compliance with business principles. 3. Demonstrate commitment & leadership with respect to the delivery of annual safety goals & action plans. 4. Lead and effectively supervise wells operation for safe and efficient delivery of wells and workover in line with Government and CCED standards and in line with Well delivery Process from well pre-pick to Postproduction review. 5. Lead site team for execution of well construction and workover plans to assure technical integrity standards, business requirements and health, safety and environmental performance targets are achieved. 6. Ensures drilling procedures are followed as planned and conducted in an optimum manner. 7. Lead to ensure proper scheduling project and manage resources and equipment required for the execution of drilling and workover program. Keeps a record of the service-quality of all services. 8. Supervise rig and third party service quality and esnure equipment are adequately and properly maintained. Maintains inventory of all equipment/materials/supplies to insure a smooth ongoing operation. 9. Lead to ensure drill string and casing/completion strings being correctly tallied and properly run. 10. Responsible to check and sign all contractor, and third party services delivery notes and field tickets including cementing, logging, directional drilling, coring, Liner Hanger/Casing Running, well testing, rental drilling tools and bits, completion running, and Drilling Rigs. 11. In association with the well site geologists (if available at site), ensures logging, coring, and production testing are performed as planned. 12. Responsible for operations complying with all government and other appropriate regulations. 13. Reporting daily drilling, completion, and workover operations. 14. Follow up and Track and report execution performance for time, cost and quality. 15. Ensures accurate and adequate reports and records are kept regarding operations, equipment, and evaluation. 16. Lead to ensure that all risks are identified and managed to assure operational integrity and eliminate any surprises. 17. Supervisor all services companies to comply with contract and obligations 18. Drive continuous performance improvement initiatives, with a focus on digitalization and real-time visual metrics. Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset should challenge traditional ways of working in an effort to eliminate inefficiency and waste. 19. Support & foster relationships with rig operations & asset teams including subsurface, production, facilities & construction. 20. Coach & provide training for young well engineers & interns. 21. Work closely with stakeholder (Finance, Project, asset teams, any others) and ensure alignment to achieve well quality index and well deliver and workover objectives.

المهارات المطلوبة

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering 2. Minimum 7 years of experience in drilling, completions and workovers operations. 3. Preferably have an equivalent of Shell Round 1/2 certificates. 4. High level of knowledge in HSE Management. Track record in safety leadership and intervention. 5. Well-developed leadership and coaching skills. 6. Strong problem solving and decision making skills. 7. Excellent organizational and planning skills. 8. Valid IWCF Well Control certification. 9. Strong in communication skills. 10. Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English language (able to write technical reports, programs). 11. Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work day and night 12. Ability to lead and investigate HSE and operational events
