الوصف الوظيفي

• Strong understanding of well inflow performance, multiphase flow, pressure behaviour, artificial lift systems and wellbore hydraulics. • Experience in production optimization in water-flooded oil fields, including injection surveillance, conformance, water shut-off and production/injection profiling. • Perform detailed well performance analysis and nodal analysis using PROSPER or equivalent well modelling tools to diagnose well constraints and identify opportunities to improve production. • Analyze well and field production trends, including oil rate, water cut, pressure, PI, IPR/VLP, intake pressure, pump performance and operating parameters, and recommend optimization actions. • Significant experience in Production Technology, with proven experience working independently on complex production optimization challenges. • Experience evaluating and implementing well intervention and workover opportunities, including stimulation, reperforation, clean-up and completion optimization. • Ability to integrate production, pressure, DHD, ESP, water cut and reservoir data to diagnose well performance and identify optimization opportunities • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams involving Operations, Reservoir Engineering, Well Engineering, Well Intervention, Facilities and service companies. • Demonstrated ability to lead technical studies, develop recommendations, present findings to management and drive implementation through to completion. • Strong understanding of production surveillance, well testing, performance forecasting and production optimization workflows. • Experience in technical and economic evaluation of production enhancement opportunities, including estimation of incremental production, risks, costs and value. • Contribute to field development and production strategy, providing production technology input to well planning, completion design, artificial lift selection and reservoir management decisions. • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in coaching and mentoring junior Production Technologists and engineers.

المهارات المطلوبة

• BS degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 9 years of experience in Production Technology with an oil and gas operator. • Highly skilled Production Technologist with experience in managing a range of different variety of well intervention activities. • Technically strong in own PE field with good all-around knowledge of other PE disciplines. • Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute as a team player. • Effective coach/mentor and strategic thinker & change agent.
